Very professional team. Up front pricing that can’t be beat. Always on time for the past three days at my house. Clean up was top notch. You could barely tell that they were on your property at the end of the day/job. Highly recommend for your next tree services. I will definitely use them in the future.

Joseph and his crew were amazing. My 15 month old cat was stuck in a tree for two days and they came to his rescue . Joseph and his uncle worked as a team and got Maverick down safely . They were so kind and professional. I would recommend them for any work. They came out on a Sunday morning and were wonderful. They are great and dependable people. God bless them!

I would steer clear of this company. First let me say that we had a quote of $1612.00 that was to cut back the large branches from the live oak in front of our home. The day of the removal the owner was on his phone the entire time as he was doing such very dangerous yet delicate work as the branches were over our brand new, 6 months old, roof. When I say he was on the phone the entire time he had a headset on and would stop talking when the chain saw was one and then immediately re engage with whomever he was on the phone with. That day my husband was here but he works from home so at different points he was in and out of the house, out in the yard, trying to stay out of their way but his office is in the detached building. So, he was present but not able to babysit the entire time. We have had tree work done before and never felt that watching them work was necessary with other companies. Well let me tell you, if you do hire Caribbean, you MUST watch them. I came home from work the crew was gone and the work was “Completed”, not truly but they said it was. My husband and I were cleaning up after the work which is completely expected and blowing the saw dust off the porch and porch furniture. I looked up and saw that shingles were bent and that the drip ledge was dented and partially detached. Mind you this roof again was brand new. I immediately emailed Caribbean and was told that they did not drop anything on the roof. But it was clear something happened that they did not bother to convey prior to leaving our property. I called the roofer that had just installed the roof and he took a video of the damage that Caribbean did to our new roof. It is apparent that they dropped part of the large extended branch and drug it across the shingles which left bare places from where there granules were removed. Thank goodness there is no underlayment damage. However we paid for an extended warranty shingle at a premium, $22,000.00. Part of that warranty stipulates the installer provides any repairs when needed. That said Carribean now wants to have us barter with our roofing company regarding the repairs required by the damage they did and again left without disclosing. On top of everything else they sent over a different invoice with a higher amount and said that they removed more than agreed too. This is false as the original invoice shows that each of the large branches that extend over the home were to be cut back. However, that did not happen. One was cut back and the other was left in its original condition. My husband went to meet the owner at the request of Caribbean, of course the owner was not there when he arrived. They now say they want to meet again on Monday to discuss it and there is nothing to discuss. We came to the office this afternoon with a check-in-hand that is more than the original invoice total minus the roof repair cost. Stay away from this company, they do not care about their customers, their property or know how to do the right thing! Why is that so hard for some people? They will leave your property damaged, not convey the damage, try to deny it and then try to bully you into paying an invoice that you never even agreed to!!!!

We hired joe and his crew to take down some pretty big trees that stretched over and across our house as well as being in an extremely tight spot. In the end they had to remove two other trees just to get to the actual trees we needed down as well as they had to trim branches in the front of our house to be able to get the trucks in the driveway. They did a wonderful job, the guys were such gentlemen, (definitely opened our house up for these guys) the price was completely unbeatable, and the company will forever have us as a customer. They really went above and beyond to make this happen for us and we couldn’t be any happier with the job they did.
