Estimation and service were excellent. However, billing process is unacceptable. I was told I would be mailed an invoice rather than being able to hand a check to the man doing the work. I received a bill over a month later saying past due. I immediately sent a check but Before it was received, I received an obnoxious phone call about my past due account. I don’t pay bills late and this behavior is unacceptable. They chose to use an invalid email address to bill me and claim they texted me, but I got nothing but a paper bill followed by a rude phone call. It’s too bad because the service was good

C. S. Flournoy personnel were great to work with. They were very careful and removed a large tree that was close to my home but nothing got close to hitting my home. They were able to cut down the tree and remove the wood I'm one day. I'm pleased with their work.

Had a terrific experience with Flournoy. Estimator, Warner, came quickly and produced his estimate that afternoon as promised. It captured accurately what we discussed. The tree team (Travis and Dustin) were on time, terrifically polite, helpful and cleaned up very thoroughly. Highly professional operation. Happy to work with them again.

It's rare to find a company that not only meets but exceeds expectations. You can hardly tell that they used heavy equipment in my yard! Great work done by the C.S. Flournoy crew! We had a large tree that was bending over our driveway, plus the neighbors driveway and cable lines. Warner came out to take a look and provided us with a very reasonable quote. The team later arrived with the proper equipment to handle the job with ease while also respecting our property. Michelle in the office made sure all my questions were answered and sent me over all receipts/paperwork for my records. Overall, we were very pleased with the tree work services and professionalism provided by C.S Flournoy. Highly recommend!
