Wow! Fantastic service, communication,& clean-up! We had a 120ft tree that was threatening our home. They were out to give an estimate immediately and had a large crew here the next morning. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My yard looks like nothing has happened minus a big tree. We will be using them again.

Dalton and his crew is the best tree service to use! This is our second time using them and they have done a great job both times! "The Judge" was super cool to watch in action. Even our cat Gracie enjoyed watching them! Highly recommend Buff's Tree service!

Five stars all around. They did work at my house in Effingham. The lady who takes the calls at the office is very nice on the phone. It's my first time using a tree service, so I didn't know what to expect around lead times. Once I called and asked for a quote, it took about a week and a half maybe before someone could come look at it, but that was scheduled on the first call. This was during peak storm activity, so I'm sure they were busy with storm damage. I had called around to lots of tree services, and all of them had longer waiting times. The guy who came out to do the estimate was friendly and professional. He set a very accurate estimate for the timeframe that they would call to let me know they would be coming, about 3-4 weeks. He said he would send a quote and got in his truck, before he was out the driveway, I had received a quote to my cell. They called back a couple weeks later and scheduled the appointment. Then, at the beginning of the week scheduled, they called and ask if they could come a couple days early, I happily agreed. Three guys came out with a big truck for hauling the wood, a bucket truck, and a trailer with a bobcat looking thing to gather up the logs and brush and take it to the claw machine on the back of the big truck. They cut down the dead oak tree in our yard in about 30 minutes and then took a bit longer for trimming a branch in our more densely treed backyard, that was hanging above the house. They cleaned up everything, even leaf blowing the chips and dust away. Great work and they were also friendly. I think the heat index was around 105 that day. Tree work isn't cheap, but if I have to call someone again, I'll be calling them first.

Highly recommend Buff's Tree Service. They did an excellent job taking down a huge maple hanging over my house. They did an awesome clean up job as well. They also were very fair in price. You can't go wrong. Thank you for a great job!
