My wife and I called Mr. Rob Izatt with BRT Land Services for an estimate on cutting and clearing five acres that had been untouched for quite some time. His turn-around time was excellent! Rob came out and gave us a more than reasonable estimate and got the work done promptly and efficiently. In fact, we were so pleased with his work that we decided to contract with him to build our entrance and driveway on our property as well. He did a thorough evaluation of the land, which included recommendations for the culvert installation, road design, what material base to use, and also offered us advice on products he uses to minimize weeds and maintain a clean weed-free road throughout the years, which really worked! He also went through the leg work of submitting the permit request and coordinated with the county inspector to ensure his work was completed per code. He was very meticulous about the details and his work! Efficient, friendly, and very reasonable on price! We got an estimate done with another local contractor and their rate was much higher. We were very pleased with Rob’s work from beginning to end, and especially to find someone as professional, polite and efficient as he was. We would highly recommend BRT Land Services!
