Brothers Tree Service NC, LLC provided high-quality, safe services from beginning to end on my major residential tree removal project in Matthews, NC earlier this month. It was a 5+ Star, customer-focused experience all around. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to my family, friends, and/or general acquaintances. I had a very overgrown property with many trees ranging in size up to two very large-diameter, problem red oaks that were leaning over our house. I called six well-known tree removal contractors in the area and Brothers Tree Service NC, and asked each of them to walk the site and provide a bid to remove 30+ trees including their stumps. Co-owner, Uriel, was one of the first to respond to me, and at the site walk, I was so impressed by his professionalism, attention to safety (i.e., his work crew, my house, and the public) and the detailed approach he recommended for my project that included the use of a heavy-duty crane to carefully remove the trees. His very competitive and well thought out proposal quickly rose to the top of the seven different bidders. I was also impressed by how Uriel quickly worked with his business partners to provide their insurance information that I had requested. Uriel held to his proposed start date and arrived early to inspect the job site and review the work scope with me before his 8-man work crew and well maintained equipment showed up. They did great work, and I really appreciate how safety-focused all of his crew was while working on my property. For 20+ years I have managed all sorts of contractors in the field on small to large construction projects, so I know what a great team looks like and when they are taking their time to work safely and have all the proper procedures in place! Uriel and his crew were very responsive to my requests to make real-time changes for improving the final results and to better accommodate my wishes. The work crew cleaned up nearly every bit of tree debris, leaving my property look so much better than how they found it. I absolutely love the results and enjoy my property even more now. These guys were phenomenal! Super quick and efficient. It was so cool watching them all work together - it seemed like everyone had a specific job and they all knew how to support each step of the removal process seamlessly. We had about 14 trees removed and they had the whole job done in under 4 hours. Uriel was super responsive and professional. I can’t recommend them enough!

I wish there was more than 5 stars to give them! Brothers Tree Service is the absolute best. They worked within our tight parameters for timeline and the small space in our front and backyard. Their pricing was competitive and fair. We had several trees taken down and stump grinding too they tackled this so efficiently that they were completed before my meetings even started. Very helpful when you work from home. Highly recommend Brothers!

We had a large heritage tree that needed to be removed due to its close proximity to our home. Uriel, his brother and team did a great job! They safely removed this tree that had large branches hanging over our house. They also had somebody keeping the site clean while the tree was taken down. The entire process from getting an estimate to scheduling to removing the tree went smoothly with great communication. I highly recommend!

My experience with Brothers Tree Service was fabulous, from the initial quote and Uriel's knowledge while talking through which trees' roots could negatively affect my home's foundation to communication about scheduling to the actual tree/stump removal process. They were efficient and safe. They protected my property, which was important to me since many of the stumps were close to my home. I highly recommend this crew.
