Simply amazing! They offered fair price and scheduling was easy. They came out on time with all the right equipment and crane to remove our trees!! Very careful with our yard while they were working, cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. I’d recommend Bratt Tree Co to anyone that needs tree service.
We had a great experience from beginning to end. Bratt Tree Service got back to me in a timely manner and kept their appointments. I contacted 3 other companies for estimates, 2 of them never got back to me, 1 was a no show no call for an appointment we set up. Patrick was great about explaining our options to fix our tree, we had it cabled, which was what we were hoping for. We were given 3 different estimates for what we were comfortable having done. The crew who came out with Nathan were friendly. They asked us about the trimming we were comfortable with. They finished up the job and cleaned everything up. We are very happy with the work and the company.
TJ came out to take a look at one of our trees that is unfortunately diseased. He on time and was very professional! I appreciated him explaining to me how the process would/should go. Made me feel very comfortable with the estimate process.
I had 3 trees I wanted removed from my property, two growing between mine and a neighbors garage that went up through the power, cable, and phone lines as well as a 3rd elsewhere on the property. They brought in a crane so as not to endanger their employees working around the power line, as well as to quickly and efficiently remove the cuttings without having to haul them across yards, driveways and the street. They did a FANTASTIC job. Both of my neighbors commented how impressed they were and how they took precautions to not damage any of the plants near the work area. While they were not the cheapest quote I received, I could tell they were going to be the most professional and prepared for simple or complex jobs. I'm happy I went with them and would highly recommend them.
Dave came out to give us a bid on tree and stump removal. He did a great job of clearly answering all my questions and concerns. I have a couple more bids coming in but his bid seems very reasonable, less than I thought it would be.
