Recent draughts and freezes have done a number on many of the trees in our neighborhood, ours included. We had six pecans on our property showing serious strain and one elm desperately needing a trim. I chose to contact Branch Office Tree Care because they are a local small business with many years of experience and have glowing reviews. We chose to hire them for the job because the owner, Johnny, is a certified arborist, he has obvious care for the trees he works on, and his estimate was fair. We haven't for a second regretted that decision. Johnny did a phenomenal job staying in communication with us from that first call. He and his partner, Dan, were very thoughtful with every cut of our trees and respectful in how they left the property once they were finished. They were given permission to access our neighbor's lot in order to reach one of our trees. They cleaned up after themselves so well that our neighbor's yard and our own looked better then than before they began. I need to give a special shout out to Dan. He is a work horse who obviously works well alongside Johnny. He and Johnny both truly seem to care for their jobs and that of their client's happiness and property. One of our beloved old pecan trees had died, and its proximity to our house, pathways and garage made it a uniquely hazardous job. It was a narrow space with no room for error. We hired Johnny because he has the expertise and specialized equipment to bring the tree down safely. Johnny and his crew showed up as scheduled, and were clearly seasoned professionals. It was tedious, delicate work! They even took care to protect the flagstone beneath the workspace. We look forward to having Johnny look after our other healthy old pecans, because as knowledgeable as he is about hazardous tree situations, he obviously loves caring for living ones too.

I have some large Carolina Cherry trees that I needed some advice on and was looking for a qualified arborist. I called Branch Office Tree Care and spoke to Johnny Sevier. After explaining what I was encountering with the trees, Johnny suggested I contact Camille Wishman, Woodland Ecologist at Texas A&M, for a full evaluation and their services are free. Johnny spent a considerable amount of time providing contact information and discussing my tree situation. Camille responded quickly to my initial email and then followed- up with information and a few suggestions. It isn't often that you encounter someone as professional and helpful as Johnny. I highly recommend his services and will be contacting him to do some tree trimming.

Johnny just finished working on two of my 30+ foot Elm trees. He is a pro, and runs a lean operation. Johnny answers the phone, provides the quote, and he’s the one that does majority of the work until the job is done. Very fair pricing. Much much less expensive than that very large company in town that I have used in the past.

Johnny Sevier is such an amazing Arborist! He just finished cutting our Oak tree to save it. For anyone who LOVES their trees and wants to keep them healthy please call him! AMAZING!
