I recently hired Branch Boss to remove a large, dying oak tree that was dangerously close to both my house and my neighbor’s—and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the initial consultation with James, to the clear coordination and contracting with Andrea, to the final removal and cleanup with the crew, the entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They actually arrived earlier than expected and got straight to work! The crew was not only fast and safe but also friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better. What really stood out was the cleanup—by the time they left, you’d hardly know a massive tree had just been removed. They ground the stump and hauled away the debris! This owner was very prompt in responding to my request for service. Had his crew out quickly to handel my dead trees. They worked hard throughout the 100° heat. Very profesional crew and Branch Boss is now my go to tree service company. I would recomend them to anyone. They also took on the difficult job of removing 2 dead trees next to a power line to my garage. Wish I had some before pictures.

James and his crew from Branch Boss removed several large, dead live oaks and cleared a path to the water at the back of our house on Lake Granbury. Some of the cedar trees removed on the steep slope were in excess of 20-30' tall. The work was completed in a safe, professional manner. The trees were all removed from the job site, and James' crew left the site in good condition. Branch Boss has the experience and equipment to remove trees in this difficult terrain.

The guys did an excellent job on trimming and clean up. I was impressed with the careful attention to detail they displayed. I took a star off for lack of communication on what day they would arrive and was notified at 8pm (which I didn't see) that they would arrive the following day. Property is gated and someone would need to be present for entry. All in all, I would recommend their service and hope they improve on customer communication. Thanks, Lesa

We bought a house in Hillsboro with many mature trees around the house. One giant oak close to the house was diseased and needed to be taken down. Branch Boss came out with a full crew amd spent the whole day taking out the oak and trimming about 15 trees near the house. They cleaned everything up, hauled off all the limbs and Oak trunk, got on the roof with the leaf blower and cleaned the gutters. They came back later and ground the stumps and added topsoil. Great job and a friendly crew.
