Brian, Henry Nelson and their crew along with Wilmer were all absolutely amazing. All very professional and polite, and all worked very well together. Between remove the trees chipping them and grinding the stumps I was absolutely amazed they were able to do it in one day. And I highly recommend anybody that needs tree removal to contact BP tree services.

We had a huge beautiful 80 foot redwood tree that was causing havoc with our sewer and neighbors sidewalk. Saw BP Tree Service in our neighborhood and looked them up to see great reviews ... even one for a huge redwood tree like ours! We were so pleased with the entire BP team! Very responsive, great price, got us scheduled right away, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable, they showed up right on time and took the tree out and ground the stump in record time with no damages to the close structures. Our experience with this tree in our backyard has been a nightmare for years, having to jump through hoops with an uncooperative neighbor (who attempted to force us to cancel five minutes before the appointment). From initial quote (fantastic price!) to team execution (kept it all contained and went above and beyond) to follow up quality assurance, it was a pleasure and a huge relief to work with this company! The communication throughout the entire process was fantastic, the teams safety precautions set up on site were on point. We had a great experience with BP tree service. Our tree was leaning toward our house with roots coming up, so we wanted experienced, licensed arborists who could assess and remove safely. The arborist who did our initial consultation thoroughly checked out the tree and determined it needed to be removed. He wrote up an itemized breakdown of the work we needed done after checking in with us and quoted a fair price. Before leaving he checked out the access to the tree for the machinery needed and let us know what we needed to do to prepare. Day of, the crew was really personable and professional. They worked together really well and kept me updated on everything as they went. They had a guy come out in addition to the crew just to check in with me and make sure I was completely happy with everything. They were very thorough! I was impressed. They did a fine job removing the tree pretty quickly, with very little upheaval for us (they took care to move the bbq and patio furniture as a precaution -thoughtful and thorough, not upheaval). The person who ground the stump was very thorough and careful , and they even blew off our patio and did a fine job cleaning up and minimizing the dust and debris at the end. They really did a fine job start to finish. I highly recommend
