I called Borris Tree Service for a estimate to cut one blue spruce and one silver maple. William went the same day to the property. BTS estimate was for four blue spruce and two silver maples. BTS was simply five star. They had the equipment and manpower to do the job. Great job start to finish. Thank you.

Requested for a quote at the end of October and accepted their quote 2 weeks after I received the quote. Accepted quote over the phone and then was told someone would reach out to put us on the schedule. Waited 3 days before calling them because no one ever reached out. They never answer the phone so I had to leave a voicemail everytime. Got a call back that they would be able to come out last Thursday in the morning time and I told them we wanted to be home when they came to do the work, I called off work so I could be home. They came by in the morning time to look at the tree again, told me they under quoted me, and that they would come back later that day when they finished their job in the area. Never got a call back from them, and they never came back to my house. Called them at 5pm that day wondering why the never came back or called me with any sort of update. Of course had to leave a voicemail and got a call back and was told they’re job they had to finish was more than they expected (understandable) but then they told me they would call or email me once they got back to the office about a date and time they would come by to do the work. NEVER got a call or email again about when they would come out. We decided not to go with them due to them being unprofessional, not being responsive, and feeling as though they just kept blowing us off because it was a smaller job and told us they under quoted us after they’re the ones who gave us the quote after being told what we wanted done. I would not recommend.

Will and his crew were great. Very professional, on time, kept everything clean, and respected the rest of the neighborhood considering they had to bring in big equipment. If you’re looking to get the job done right. These are the guys to call. Thank you Borris Tree LLC!

I hired Borris Tree to prune 5 mature trees in my back yard. He charged a fair affordable price for his work. The crew was very professional. They did a great job and answered all my questions. They cleaned up all the trimmings and took them with them. I will be calling Borris Tree again next time I need tree work done.
