Born 2 Trim Tree Service

This is the second time I have used Born 2 Trim for a tree removal. The team is professional and does an excellent job. Thoughtful to not disturb other trees or grounds as much as possible. Highly recommend!!

I worked in the tree care and timber industry for 20 plus years. As a former timber buyer, logger, and city forester, I’ve worked with countless loggers, tree trimmers, and other tree care professionals. Knowing my limitations when it comes to felling trees around structures, I found Born 2 Trim through a simple internet search. After I reached out to them, Jeff, the owner, promptly returned my text and was out within the next day to furnish an estimate for removing my EAB infested Green ash. His professionalism shined through right away as he carefully and patiently examined each tree to be removed while listening to my concerns about the structures on my farm. When the crew showed up, I knew right away these guys were legit. With solid, clean equipment and a crew that was ready to roll, they hit the ground running. It was nice to see them all wearing safety gear and communication devices too. Confident, efficient, and professional are a few words to describe them. I watched Jeff and his crew seamlessly take down 8 large ash and a storm damaged oak around my house, sauna, and barn. Jeff even called in a 45 ton crane to help facilitate hoisting a 9,000 pound ash from my barn, over power lines, and safely onto the ground where his crew made short work of it. The bottom line is, I would use and recommend Born 2 Trim in a heartbeat for prompt, affordable and above all professional service. These guys are not some “Chuck in a pick up truck” group. They are a solid, courteous ,and experienced crew with a great owner/leader that I would’ve been proud to work with/for in my forestry days. Don’t bother looking for other estimates, just give Jeff a shout and get ready to be a happy customer! Highly recommended.

Cold called this company after seeing them drive through town, and they provided a quick quote on removing brush after cutting down a few trees in our yard! They were here in 2 hours and done so quickly! Professional, understanding and will be saving their contact info for our next tree project!

Had a tree split in a summer storm the previous year and called Jeff out for an estimate as I saw he did good work at my folks place. While out for the estimate he helped identify two ash trees which had been infected with the Emerald Ash Borer, and good thing he did because by the time the road restrictions were lifted (his team made it out the very next day once they were) one of the trees was looking pretty bad and leaning quite a bit. Very fair prices, even had a few neighbors who had recently gotten quotes come out and talk to him while his crew was working on mine and they were happy enough with the prices to get some work of their own done the same day. Clean up was great, communication was phenomenal and I'll be calling Jeff and his crew should I ever need similar services in the future.

I had a large tree hanging over my house and was nervous about it falling on the house. They responded very fast and were able to get it taken care of. All I asked for was to drop the tree and I would take care of it, but they took the time and cut it up and piled it up for me. I asked for the bare minimum and received that and more. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fast quality work.
