Bluestone Tree

We are very pleased with Bluestone Tree service. They were professional, great communication. We had them removed a dead ash tree and trimmed back an overgrown mulberry tree.The crew was on time,courteous and respectful. They did a great job from start to finish. We will be using them again in the future.

We have used Bluestone Tree a number of times, most recently to remove a hackberry tree that was very near our house. As always the crew was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The crew arrived when they said they would, the work was completed in a very timely manner, and the site was very clean when they finished. They are the best around!

We called Bluestone Tree on Monday morning after the severe storms and tornados in Bloomington. There were multiple trees down and some which were a tangled mess from snapping. Figuring the worst, we planned to wait multiple weeks for service. Ash, one of their Arborists, arrived late morning to assess our damage and provided a quote. Due to a tree being uprooted hanging near our home - the crew at Bluestone Tree immediately dispatched a team. By 2:00pm or so - the team was assembled and setting up. The team was absolutely amazing! They were friendly, professional, and courteous as they explained every step of the process. Their equipment is truly world class and made light work of a mess which would have taken my family weeks to clean up with chainsaws and elbow grease. An absolute 5-star review deserved for a job well done and enjoyable experience!

Bluestone responded quickly when a tree began to uproot and threatened to fall on our house. This was on a Sunday morning, mind you, and they had someone out to inspect the situation within 2 hours. It was determined that the tree was stable enough to not collapse immediately. The next morning they had a crew out first thing and removed the tree quickly and neatly, with minimal disturbance to the surroundings. Everyone was polite and professional. This was the second emergency job we have had Bluestone do in our yard and we will be arranging to have them do some more extensive pre-planned work soon. In the past we have been ghosted by another company in our area, and seen some very sketchy working practices by a couple of others, so we are very glad to have a business as reliable as Bluestone in our town.

Thank you, Jarod, for removing the heavy poplar tree limb that hung straight down and swung in the breeze. When I saw Bluestone in my neighbor's yard, I asked Jarod what he thought about the limb. He had been at our yard before with arborist Matt. He said he could remove it quickly. He lassoed the limb with his cables, pulled it with a machine, and it crashed to the ground. Bluestone has such a great reputation because the people they employ treat customers like good neighbors whether it is their first visit or one of many. They have great technology, if that is needed, but sometimes the expertise of a trained tree roper like Jarod is what it takes. I would never choose any other company.
