On and off site support keeps you up to date with what they are scheduled to do on your property, how much it will cost and when payment is due. The job will be better than you could imagine because they are professionals. Thoughtful with their work, friendly in demeanor and clean up was awesome as well. Blue Ox did exceptional work on my trees. they arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond protecting all of my property that was under and around the trees. Most importantly, other than being further from the roof, you can't tell the trees were trimmmed. Great care was taken to preserve the beauty and character of some very old trees. Clint responded to my email Sunday night, worked around my schedule to meet me after work Monday afternoon. Managed to get a crew out Friday morning and removed both tree trunks that were growing sideways out of the ground and tricky to remove. By noon his crew was finished and went above and beyond and did more than id expected. Very knowledgeable on the trees on my property and able to give me some advice. I’ll have them back to prune next spring. Super impressed

The Blue Ox team did a great job of cleaning up a branch that had fallen onto my roof. They assured no additional damage occurred while removing the branch and left no debris behind. Blue Ox also did a good job cleaning up some trees that needed trimming. Mike and Laura were easy to work with, and were knowledgeable about my tree's overall health. They're my go to for tree services.

Neighbor's pecan trees hung over our home in the 40's vintage Monticello neighborhood in Fort Worth. Cody and the crew took care of pruning dead and live branches that were a hazard, without jeopardizing the health of the trees, and made sure the neighbor's yard was cleaned up as well. They did some additional pruning of our Japanese maples and magnolias to finish the job. They shared their reasoning for trimming certain parts of the trees to encourage balanced growth. Took care of several vintage crepe myrtles without the "crepe murder" decapitation that's so common. Friendly and courteous, very careful not to stomp on bedding plants, and everything will be healthier. Thanks guys!
