Blue Ox Tree Service did an excellent job removing a massive Laurel Oak from my back yard. They were quick at moving large piece from the road so traffic wasn’t stopped for more than 2 minutes. All of the crew were courteous and friendly. I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely fantastic experience working with this company. Their rates are reasonable, their workers are professional and courteous, and I felt like they understood what I was asking for and didn't try to pressure me into additional services. Their techs seemed knowledgeable about trees in general, which made me feel like they must have a decent amount of staff retention (why learn about your work if it's "just a job" ya know?). Everyone I spoke with was kind. They did miss a portion of a tree but after calling back, they made quick arrangements to make it right. Honestly there's not much else you'd want or need in a company. I only took a before and after of one tree, but they trimmed our oaks and palms and did great on all of it. Didn't leave any debris either. I highly recommend them, and will be giving my neighbors their information as well. 10/10

My Girlfriend hired them to remove Bamboo roots & stump grind two stumps in the backyard. She also left them a check on-site the same day which come to find out was a huge mistake They finished 80% of the stump grinding and did not even begin to remove the Bamboo roots that were agreed upon. They also demolished 2 palm trees that were not agreed upon and cracked a concrete patio they drove one of their machines over. Since they were already paid the same day by a check we left behind now they won’t even call us back or complete what they agreed to do. They take advantage of women ; they won’t respond to our phone calls & are poor communicators. Our Overall experience was terrible & simply could have been avoided by performing the work in the signed contract that they agreed to. However since we trusted them and left a check behind we are now at a loss since they got their money & wont return any of our inquiries to complete the work etc. I would recommend you find another company that you can trust & Blue ox tree service should be avoided at how they operate their business & take advantage of the local people.

Blue Ox was professional, affordable and fast - they did a great job taking 2 large trees down from my property! The got me scheduled within days of my initial call after a quick free estimate where they were the lowest priced estimate I received, but they also did very quality and professional work. I definitely recommend giving them a call for your tree service needs!

Amazing experience with Blue Ox Tree Service! Had a large broken branch from our oak tree hanging over the sidewalk poised to take someone out. They came out with all their toys, took care of that, trimmed up the rest of the tree, evaluated all the other trees on our property, and were kind enough to give a quick quote and add another tree removal that was not previously on the work order to the day. Amazing experience. Highly recommended!
