Contracted with Black Diamond for a job in Wilmington. They provided valuable expertise on trees that presented risk in addition to a few I wanted removed. Denise visited onsite for estimate and was detailed in her proposal and responsiveness. Bill and his team came onsite for the removal and were diligent, communicative and thorough. Even cleaning up so there was barely a wood chip in the yard. Price was on target for the job performed and scope of work. Very satisfied with work and highly recommend.

They are busy because they are awesome! Great experience from start to finish. Denise came out and did a walk around the property and addressed my concerns and wishes. She was a pleasure to work with and super knowledgeable. Aaron and Jason came out a couple of weeks later and did an amazing job! Top-notch service from the get-go from these 2 gentlemen!
