BIGGZ Tree Care

Excellent. Perfect. Awesome. There are not enough superlatives to describe what a fantastic job this crew accomplished. Very difficult removal of two 60 ft. tall palm trees with limited backyard access. They even swept and raked up after themselves. Other companies told me the job was too difficult. This crew was finished in a little over an hour. I could not be more pleased.

I own commercial property in Baton Rouge and needed lots of willow trees removed from the bank of a retention pond. I contacted five different tree companies/dirt work contractors, a few were responsive while others were not and one price was in another universe. Zefferino was the first one to bid the job and he gave me a competitive price. A few weeks later I took my bobcat out to the property and cleared some area and drained the pond to make it easier to bid the job and get a better idea of the scope. Other companies came bid after I performed this work so I gave Biggz the opportunity to adjust now that the work area was clear. The price was excellent, leaving two companies in the running. I ended up going with Biggz because he assured me he would be able to grind many more stumps than the other contractor would commit to. These stumps were very difficult to access because they were on a very steep bank. Zefferino ended up grinding nearly every stump, even some I didn't think the grinder would reach. On the day of the tree removal I received photos at noon and I was amazed at their progress, the job was complete. You will be satisfied with Biggz not only with the price but the professionalism and speed at which they work (he has a large crew). Also, Biggz had the highest insurance limits of any of the other tree companies I've worked with. All in all a very professional company, great price, great service, great people.

I had two trees cut down one in the front and one in the back yard that was very close to my house. They did a great job and were very professional and efficient. Everything was left cleaner than when they started. They even managed to keep another tree that was right to the next to the one they were cutting. Would highly recommend.

I had a large maple tree removed. Pros: Great Communication on the phone and through text. The job was completed in one hour and the stump grinder came the same day. I got a discount when I paid in cash. Cons: Tree removal had to be rescheduled, and this wasn’t communicated until the day of. It wasn’t clear on what the process or timeline was. I was a little confused on the details of payment, day of schedule, and who to contact for issues. I think these issues could be solved if there was a quick explanation of how the process worked once I booked. Overall: I recommend Biggz for tree removal, I do think there could have been a little more effort to explain the entire process and not leave the customer guessing and having to reach out multiple times for answers.

BIGGZ is very professional and is easy to work with. The quote to remove my 5 big trees and their stumps is reasonable and the work is excellent. They also cut my 3 small trees without extra charge. I highly recommend anyone who wants to remove trees to contact BIGGZ first
