Big Steve's exceeded expectations. Their pricing was extremely competitive, and they were very easy to work with. Scheduling was handled promptly with top customer service. During the actual tree removal services, the crew was very respectful to not damage any surrounding plants, trees, patio furniture, etc. The cleanup was also top notch. I couldn't find a leftover twig left in the entire yard once finished. Even the saw dust left in the grass from the cutting was blown away. I would highly recommend Big Steve's!

I used Big Steve's for leaf removal. The team did an excellent job. The front and back yard was completely cleaned up to include the deck and backdoor basement entrance. They also cleaned up and took away all twigs and fallen branches. Overall, the team did an excellent job. I will definitely hire them again.

The crew that comes to fulfill the job is thorough and the head crew leader, Donald, makes sure the job is completed well. They are the only tree service we will use for our home. Great company!

From the first call to Evelyn, the kind and courteous receptionist, to the promptness of Big Steve’s Team for a very fair estimate to the actual tree removal and stump grinding, the entire process was professional and superb. This is the second time that we have had large trees removed by BigSteve’s. I reassured my next door neighbors that their house was safe since we got the best company to remove our tree that was close to their house.

Big Steve's Tree Care did an amazing job this week. We had several trees trimmed, thinned out, cut down and had some very large tree branches blocking light to the back yard removed. The crew chief, Donaldo was amazing. He provided the best customer service we have experienced in a very long time. In the beginning, Big Steve gave us a detailed walk through of the property and an education on trees we were concerned with and ones he told us not to worry about. We appreciate his recommendations and honesty. It is rare to find this type of work ethic and customer service. The crew did an amazing job working on a very hot and humid day, they did an immaculate clean up afterwards. They returned when the grass dried out from the rain to grind down stumps. The dry grass helped to eliminate the saw dust sticking to lawn blades. They think of everything so you don't have to. We are very happy with their service and professionalism.
