I called Big Ron because of his stellar reputation. I was not disappointed. He sent a staff member (thank you, Colleen!) to assess a large, lightning struck palm. In addition to the estimate, they suggested I call my municipality since it was on the swale. I called - and they took care of it! I’ve never been more amazed by such excellent, honest (and altruistic) service! Thank you, highly recommend, and I will call again!
We chose Big Ron's Tree Service through a word-of-mouth referral for a tree that needed trimming and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Joel and his crew arrived as scheduled and immediately went to work. They left the yard as they had found it with no plant debris. Can’t tell you how impressed we were with their work and services. We must give thanks to everyone who made this happen, Big Ron, Colleen, Chris, Rita, Joel and team. While it was a small job for them it was a big deal for us and I have already put a reminder on my calendar for next year.
I have used Big Ron's services for at least 8 years, both at home as well as at my church's property. I know that I can rest assured the work will be done at great standards and safely. I don't have to worry about liability to my neighbor's property. Ron's crews are great, they work fast, they know what they are doing and there is no job too small or too big for them. Thank you again for your latest service guys, I now can sleep better knowing I am ready for the next hurricane season.
Rain Or Shite! Big Ron’s Crew gets it done. Excellent service and very fast efficient crew. All the crewmembers are well-trained and know what they’re doing great teamwork and communication. You can tell these guys have been working together for a long time and the culture. Big Ron’s is very good thank you guys again highly recommended.
I had Big Ron's tree service in 2021 and it was excellent. I tried to use them again in 2023 but was unable to because of scheduling difficulties and I am only a small job. Not to be deterred I tried again and accepted an estimate on June 19th 2025. I have scheduling problems as 7 days notice is required by my housing association for access to rear patios. Since accepting the estimate I have called several times to make sure I had not been forgotten and spoke with Big Ron himself. He was supposed to come today between 8 to 830am. Nine o'clock came and went and I had to call two different people to find that my scheduled time had been changed and nobody thought to tell me. Big Ron eventually called to tell me that a crew leader had quit and my time had been changed. Every time I called there was an excuse of someone being taken to the hospital, kids being sick so person did not show up for work, or today some one working from home with a broken foot and a crew leader quitting. I sympathize but you can still make a phone call to keep customers in the loop. The accèss to the rear gardens was for a limited period and I cancelled. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and won't be using this company again.
