Big Green Tree Machine

Big Green Tree Removal and it's owner Gatlin Bertolla are flat out amazing. Started with me asking for a quote on a 40-50 ft Cedar and a 20 ft tall/6 ft diameter Oak Trunk to remove. Gatlin was over the next day. We shook on a price (no deposit) and said they would be back within 3 weeks. They were! Showed up with the "big Green Machine" and removed the huge Cedar in 4 bites. Awesome to watch. They then cut down the Oak trunk and cut in in pieces. All was removed in a huge truck, with absolutely NO mess left. Gatlin's father came in the same day and ground both stumps. Very fast, very professional. (Left me with a lot of good mulch :) The additional thing that really impressed me was the crew that showed up to my house. Very professional, polite, and worked fast!!! Just a couple hours and they were gone. But, I spoke with the crew, and you could tell they really enjoyed their job, and raved about working for Gatlin. A great employer retains great people. I recently had the pleasure of working with Gatlin and his team at Big Green Tree Machine, and I can confidently say they deserve every bit of a five-star rating. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional. Gatlin and his crew were right on time, and they managed to cut down three large trees that were situated in some pretty sensitive areas of my yard, all without leaving any damage to my sod or landscape. What impressed me the most was how efficient they were. They completed the entire job in under three hours, which was incredibly quick given the scale of the work. The stump grinding was done thoroughly, and when they were finished, they cleaned up all debris ( which was minimal). They completed the job as if they were a well-oiled machine. On top of that, their pricing was extremely competitive compared to other services I looked into. They use top-tier equipment and the latest technology, which really shows in the quality of their work. Overall, I couldn't be happier with Big Green Tree Machine. If you need tree work done, I highly recommend giving Gatlin and his team a call!

Gatlin and his crew are truly in a class of their own. Nobody else could have done in under 3 days what they did for us in about 8 hours with a fraction of the level of risk of injury or damage. Four towering pines looming over our home are now out of our lives forever, along with several other trees and countless limbs I had no chance to reach on my own. As for the price…was more than reasonable. This was money very well spent!

We had a large oak tree that needed to be cut quickly because it was leaning significantly towards our home. Gatlin came out the same day that I called him and provided a quotation and that was on a Saturday morning. His crew arrived on time as expected on Monday afternoon and cut that tree and did an excellent job. They removed all of the limbs, leaves and even blew the yard and driveway. I am VERY pleased with their service!

Gatlin and the guys did a great job. They were efficient, did exactly what they said they’d do AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, were very careful not damage any surrounding trees and landscaping. I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else.
