Big Branch Tree Service

We had six huge trees in our yard that needed to be removed. We received quotations from three companies. After doing some evaluation and research, we decided to ho with Big Tree Service Inc. Their quotation was very complete and reasonable. The reviews and the feedback received from this company were excellent. Their Estimator, Doug Peery, visited us and his orientation about the job was also excellent. The work was performed very quickly, exactly as requested and with great attention to detail. The crew members, under Mark Lutz supervision, performed an excellent job. They went far beyond our expectations in terms of quality, punctuality, attention to detail and security. Phenomenal company!! Doug Came out to give us an estimate, not only did he answer all of our questions, but he was very proactive and explained how they were going to protect our yard from the heavy equipment. Which, by the way, none of the other companies even mentioned. The day came for the tree removal. the crew was very polite, again answered our questions. We Couldn’t believe how fast the tree came down. Cleanup was awesome, they raked And remove branches, sticks and leaves that were left from the tree! Thank you Doug and the Big Branch crew!!! I would’ve given you more stars if it would have let me!!!!!!!

Wow. What a great experience. Doug Peery came out and walked my yard and we reviewed what I wanted done. Turned out it was 12 trees with several over low voltage power lines and roofs. The sweet gum trees were TALL. Anyway, on the day of work Doug walked the job with me and the foreman Mark and the estimate. There were no uncertainties about what was to be done. They brought everything… tall lift, crane, grappler, stump grinder and haul away truck. Very professional and fastidious about cleaning up. We had 6 on the job and they worked in an incredibly orchestrated and efficient manner. No standing around…. No BS. Everyone spoke English and so communication was great. Doug showed back up on the site when they were finishing up. Again, can’t say enough about these guys.fully recommend.

Price comparable to all of the other tree services. Very fast and clean. Removed a large tree and all debris for us in less than an hour. Friendly folks ... even tossed some of the green leaves to our goats. Very happy customer and would gladly use again if needed. Thanks fellas!

I have used this company a number of times over the years. They always do excellent work. Are prompt and meticulous and cleaning up at the end of the job? I would strongly recommend them to anybody that needs tree work
