I called Benjamin Tree Service after receiving their flyer in the mail. We set up an on site appointment for the very same day I called (Friday). We live in Brown County so this in itself was impressive. They showed up on time for their appointment, provided a very attractive quote (which I accepted), and scheduled the work for 2 days later (Monday). We had received a quote from another very well respected local tree removal service, and Benjamin’s quote was less than half the price - and their lead time was weeks less! They showed up on time Monday morning , removed 5 extremely large trees with no collateral damage, and restored our property to pre tree removal condition. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed by the service and price I received from BTS and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our neighbors.

Scheduling was quick and easy, and their communication was excellent — they asked follow-up questions to make sure they fully understood what I wanted. We have hired Benjamin Indy Tree Service three times now and highly recommend them! They have trimmed and removed trees for us and each time they are quick, clean and professional. They are very responsive and reasonable. They have made sure to be cautious with our property and our neighbors when taking down trees. We will call them again!

Wrecked carport....metal edging...and a part of my fence. Benjamin left a dead tree and took a healthy one by mistake...now he says it's not his tree. ONLY your service was here. The culvert is crushed and my lawn is deep rutted. He REFUSED TO PUT A CLAIM IN WITH INSURANCE! I have tried 3 numbers given to me...none of which are his insurance company. Don't trust this one. Greedy and does not want to make it right unless I pay him again!

Arrived when they said they would and professionally talked to me about what they were going to do. Also they took great care in my property bringing this huge tree down.
