Beckner Tree Service was amazing to work with. They are professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about trees. They are so interested in the health of trees that they actually talked me out of doing more trimming and spending more money to protect the health of my trees. They also took time to explain tree trimming methods and knowledge so I could maintain my own trees to save me money. They thoroughly checked the health of my trees and trimmed with such care that it was not noticeable that they had been there. The first thing I noticed was that my yard looked cleaner than when I left in the morning. They provided photos of the work they completed and they called me to inform me about the health of my trees after the work was completed. While it wasn’t cheap (which is exactly what they told me when they came to give an estimate), it was worth every penny to know that my trees will be healthy for years to come. I highly recommend this service.

The people at Beckner's are professional, knowledgeable and hard working - we were very impressed with how cleaned up our yard was after they removed a huge tree. They communicate well and give you the right expectations - they make the customer happy while also making sure they use their education to do the right thing by the tree. When Bradley and his colleague came to assess my tree with rot, they deemed it not worth putting money into. Bradley suggested planting a new tree, how I should go about it and what trees he would recommend. He volunteered information I didn’t ask for and I went from having no real knowledge to feeling confident in a new plan for my backyard. He even took an extra few minutes to look at my young volunteer maple tree and educated me on how to prune it over the next few years. I appreciated their professional but pleasant demeanor. Brad Beckner and his team are amazing. I experienced four downed healthy trees (after a micro burst swept through the valley at the end of May. One of the trees was an beautiful Elm that was over 100 years old! Brad was extremely responsive in evaluating and executing the removal and stump grinding as well as repair of lawn damage. Highly recommend.
