Crew were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We are impressed by the use of quite electric chainsaws, much better than smelly noisy machines used by previous companies we’ve worked with. We’re happy they are willing to work with us to give us options to best support the heath of our stressed tree. Thank you!

Glenn Whitlock-Reeve, Bartlett's certified master arborist, provided a comprehensive plan for the care and treatment of several of the prominent trees - from crepe myrtles to ornamental Japanese maples to native 50 foot blue oaks - that really required professional care. Bartlett Tree Experts delivered consistent with my expectations - our experience has been uniformly positive. Glenn Whitlock-Reeve is extremely professional - he listens, provides recommendations consistent with our requests, communicates both effectively and frequently, and assures his crews undertake the work to which we agreed (both before and after their work). He quickly updated our tree program as changes have been identified. Billing precisely matches the program quotes. Great service based on two visits to date.

Luck was on my side when I saw Bartlett Tree Service trimming trees in my neighborhood. I went over and spoke with Tani who gave me a business card. Immediately I called Matt Ho and scheduled a visit. A couple days later we walked around the property discussing the trees that needed work, while Matt made suggestions and explained how they focus on the health of the tree. One large Bay tree was blocking the neighbors view; Matt suggested lowering the canopy and thinning out the tree. So, on Nov 3rd, the day came. Tani and Chris arrived, introduced themselves and then we walked around the property. I pointed out 2 Bay trees, 2 Chinese Pistache, 1 Black Pine and 1 Arbutus. Then they got to work, and they are hard workers. It was a pleasure to interact with everyone at Bartlett. They're professional, friendly, courteous and have a sense of humor. I am very pleased with the job they did and my neighbor is very happy with the view! Thank you all, CathyV

Nothing could have been done better. From the initial contact to the finished service, everything went smoothly and as expected. All of the people that I interacted with for this engagement were polite, knowledgeable, and communicated relevant information as needed. The crew and I worked out the details even before the Arborist showed up to make sure everything was going as expected. Everything remained at the same high standard as the past times I have used this company. Thank you. It gives me confidence that our continuing care for my trees will be handled with all success into the future.

Excellent work on our front and back yard trees, including a coast redwood, box elder, dogwood, crepe myrtle, two Japanese maples, and 2 Chinese Pistaches. The trees now have lovely shapes and balance, with no more dead wood to worry about. The lead for the crew was very experienced, and all three crew were professional, careful about the residential surroundings, and did a good job of clearing the debris. Also, Glenn, the arborist who was our first contact to look at our trees and estimate what needed to be done, impressed me with his knowledge and interest in the care of our trees. This company provided the most thorough and careful service we have had out of the 3 total tree services we have used here in Sonoma over the past 12 to 15 years or so. I will definitely use them the next time our trees need attention.
