Ethan and Brett were terrific. Their professional skills are as impressive as their client engagement abilities. They kept me informed throughout the process and were open to all suggestions . I especially appreciated their diplomacy in explaining how some of my ideas might damage the tree. The yard looks so much better … and although a lot of material was removed .. the yard just looks better, not denuded. I highly recommend them and would welcome their return for future projects.

We have worked with Bartlett for tree feedings and general advice for a little over 5 years. We recently engaged them to do a larger trimming and dead branch removal on a large tree on our property. Ethan and Brett did an excellent job. They were efficient and respectful, they checked in with me at various points during the project and they left the jobsite spotless (I looked out the window once and saw one of them raking up a small handful of leaves that had fallen while they cut, it’s September the rest of the leaves will be down there soon :) Talk about above and beyond). I highly recommend Bartlett if you need work done on your trees.

Excellent work! The crew of two men pruned fifteen Bradford pears, removing dead branches and shaping the trees nicely. They were careful not to damage nearby flowers. They checked to ensure we were fully satisfied. Then they did a meticulous cleanup of the entire driveway area. They worked hard all day and were very friendly and polite.

We had several trees shaped and pruned by Bartlett Tree Experts today. James initially came out to talk to me about specifics of what we wanted done. He listened and clarified until he clearly understood the extent of pruning we wanted done. The team of Ethan, Tyler and Brett did the actual work. Ethan reviewed the plan before they started and followed up before leaving to be sure I was happy. The entire team was professional and communicated very well, listening closely to the extent of pruning we wanted. Having had a previous bad experience with another company who was not as focused on our instructions I would definitely recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.

Three very nice polite young men ( Ethan, Brett and Tyler) came to cut dead branches off of old oak trees in my back yard. It was pretty unsightly. They got to work, cut the branches off, cleaned up in the back then cleaned up out front. Overall they did a great job. They were efficient, professional and friendly. I would definitely have Bartlett back for any issues with my trees.
