So impressed! In addition to being so knowledgeable and capable, the staff seemed to actually care about the trees themselves! This meant a lot, since they've been our yard-companions for over 25 years. On top of all of that, everyone was so friendly and considerate. Great communication throughout the process. We had another terrific experience with Bartlett Tree Experts. As it turns out they also have experts that prune shrubs, bushes and trees. Conor, an arborist, came out and walked our property with us to discuss the extent of the work we wanted done. He provided suggestions and options for some of the shrubs that we were not sure about. He is very thorough. That evening we receive and estimate for the work and was also able to get the work scheduled within a week. Andrea and her crew showed up to prune most of the shrubs in our yard that had become a bit overgrown. Andrea checked in with us shortly after they got started to be sure they were achieving what we wanted. They did an amazing job. The trees and shrubs looked natural, more contained and with a better shape. It took about 4 or 5 hours to complete. They had a large pile of cut branches that were quickly collected and run through a chipper. Now our yard looks very tidy and natural. We are very pleased with their work. We will recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Incredible group of people to do business with. Knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. A team came out to remove a tree from my property and I feel like they left the yard much better than they found it.
