It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone that worked with us was amazing. Shawn was wonderful and patient answering all our questions and providing his input on our project. The arborist crew was amazing they were surprisingly quiet! They did a wonderful job with the pruning and clean up. Really happy with how it all turned out!
Shawn at Bartlett did a phenomenal job trimming a large maple tree in front of our townhouse in Lancaster. He assisted in obtaining the permit and worked with utilities to schedule a time to disconnect power in advance. His team trimmed the tree to perfection and cleaned up all the leaves and other debris. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Just wanted to say what a GREAT team Bartlett has in Grant and Alejandro!! The tree looks great, just like I wanted it trimmed, and the cleanup was perfect too!!! There were a lot of leaves on the ground since it was so windy, but they took them along with the limbs & twigs from the tree too. When they arrived, Grant rang the doorbell & he introduced himself and Alejandro, we talked about what was to be done, and they did a GREAT job!! Everything was excellent from start to finish. We had a large tree limb damage our roof. Bartlett showed up in less than 30 minutes to survey the situation. A crew arrived later that day and removed the limb. Awesome service! Shaun was kind and attentive. We were in the midst of a crisis since we had just put our home on the market and buyers were in the house when the limb fell on the roof. His calm, supportive demeanor was appreciated.
Everyone that I have interacted with at Bartlett has been very personable, professional and helpful. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable and answers all of my questions and explains things in detail. Service is always prompt and costs are reasonable. Bartlett is my go-to company for tree service. They are the best and I highly recommend them.
