One of several times using Town Branch. I’ve always been happy with their super clean work both on the trees and no mess left on the ground!

I was very impressed with Town Branch from start to finish. Their communication was top-notch. The guys they sent out to perform the work were professional, thorough, and courteous. They had to call the Before You Dig number and get the utilities marked before performing one specific part of the job, and Town Branch returned very promptly (after the utility companies marked the lines) to complete the job. Last, but not least, they invoiced me promptly upon completion of the work and provided an option to pay electronically. I’ll definitely be using them again for my tree trimming needs.

Excellent personnel and services! I like to support local, Lexington KY businesses. Eric, who scoped the project and gave the estimate, is a certified arborist, who took detailed notes and made suggestions to work on several large, mature trees. The crew that arrived also were knowledgeable and informative and patient as they answered my questions. I am confident they didn't just hack my trees, but were surgical in their cuts so that my trees will remain healthy for many years.

You may have to wait for scheduling, but after interviewing other vendors, it became clear Town Branch was all about what’s best for the tree. Two other bids quickly offered to lop off gigantic branches (I’m in a woodsy, large-treed neighborhood) Today, as initially bid, Town Branch came in like surgeons to cut only the dead wood and troublesome branches. A+ on cleanup as well.

I have used this company on three different occasions over the last five years and yes their work is good but not better than others I have used in Lexington. They may even be pricier. They have a real problem though showing up when you are scheduled. Recently I asked them to come do additional work at my home. Over the years I have paid them over $1,000. They did not show up on the day that they said they would and I waited all day and even called twice that day to confirm. I called again later to ask them to reschedule another day and they tell me they can't do that because they now are adding new work. I feel they should take care of their current customers before they take care of new work and they disagree. I will not use them again.
