Stay away from this company. It was a horrible experience and a bait and switch. I ordered a service and was given another service. I was quoted a deep root treatment not a spray treatment. The cost of the service is associated with the time of the job. Spraying is easy, deep root treatment is hard and takes longer. The tech was at my house for less than 20 minutes. That's not the job I ordered, was quoted or paid for. The sales person that came out should have set proper expectations on them being able to treat the trees as he said "with a deep root treatment" vs a spray treatment. I already have a sprayer and the fertilizer is $50. There is no way I would have paid for this as it's a rip off. When I confronted the company they admitted he wasn't there that long and gave me a discount. If at any point there was a change in what the tech wanted to do he should have knocked on my door. We were both home and my wife even offered the tech water. Just not the right way to treat customers. My guess is the tech was so busy he didn't have time to do a proper treatment that I paid for and cut a corner. The company should have made it right and even though given several opportunities decided not to. There are a lot of tree services in town and I would recommend rouses. They are trustworthy, have great customer service, and are honest.

Always good to see my Bartlett Tree Rep, Chris Esquerre, when my trees need serious attention. His knowledge is consistently helpful. The technicians did an excellent job with a large tree removal, trimming, fertilizing and stump grinding too! They even cut out a long root that went into the yard. I wasn't expecting that. Great job all around.

I’ve used this company to trim my trees for years. I’ve never been disappointed. Everyone involved in the process is professional and easy to talk to. All phases of the work are completed on schedule. The pricing is good. I trust the arborist completely. He is smart and personable and will give sound advice. I usually leave my house when the actual work is being done and when I get home It’s like the tree fairy waved a magic wand over my property. Presto! My trees are trimmed and no debris! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you Bartlett Tree Company. Til next time…..

i was so impressed with Timmy, JB, and Steve who came out and removed my trees and ground my stumps. they made sure there wasn't ant mess and were very careful of my surrounding plants, irrigation and illumination systems. so sweet and friendly

Paul's team did an amazing job fertilizing and trimming our live oak trees, now they look amazing and healthy. Very professional service - I can highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts!
