I thought I had a root rot problem that was destroying my Ligustrum wall on the side and in the back of our property. I evaluated several tree and plant services and selected Bartlett. They did an excellent job of confirming my problem and treating it. Everyone I dealt with Kathi, Bob, Oliver, Bryce were very professional and great to work with. They were prompt and came when they said they would. So far I'm very pleased with Bartlett and their people.
