This was a great experience. The contact letting me know when my tree was coming down was great, as was the crew showing up right at the time scheduled. I may have made Caleb, Cody and Mark nervous watching them, but it was fun to watch. These guys know what they are doing and really worked well together. When they left it was like they had never been here. Everything was cleaned up, removed and returned to its place.

Adam Blevins and his crew from Bartlett Tree Services are OUTSTANDING! I cannot praise them enough for the work they did. I had six trees and five stumps removed along with much trimming and pruning. My yard was thawing and wet from warmer temps, but they were extremely careful not to do any damage with their equipment. Their cleanup was superb! In addition, each crew member was cheerful and very polite. They were also very aware of the impact their equipment had on my neighbors’ ability, as well as postal and other delivery vehicles to get in and out, and moved pieces of their equipment several times. I will be a customer as long as I continue to live here.

Professional, punctual and courteous. Kept me informed of their progress throughout the day, all work was complete by the time I arrived home from the office. The work area was clean, no debris left behind, other than the trees being removed I could hardly tell that they had been there. Great work guys! Will definitely use for all of our tree care needs in the future.

Ryan, Caleb and Cody did excellent work in trimming two of my large maples. The cuts were so clean and exacting that they look surgical. And the job was completed with such care and efficiency that my property was left cleaner afterwards than before the work was performed. Great job guys! You are a true credit to the profession!

From the first point of contact to the day of service we cannot say enough about the customer service that was given. The day of the estimate was the beginning of COVID and Adam was here in the rain to walk around and explain in detail what was needed to be done within our estimate that we wanted to spend. We received the estimate about 2 weeks later within our range plus additional costs of two large pine trees that needed to be addressed badly. We couldn't not believe what we could get everything done and the pine trees for $300.00 over our budget we happily agreed to the contract. Two weeks later we got a surprise phone call that a change in plans for their work schedule would we be willing to have them come that afternoon to do our work. They were here within 2 hours on that Friday and finished on Monday morning. The pine trees that were trimmed look amazing, we even had neighbors come and look at the trees because these trees were needing a hair cut badly, lol, and they said how wonderful they looked now. We were very pleased with the service and would highly re-commend this company to anyone who is looking for tree service. Everyone was very friendly and polite to deal with from Adam to the crew who did the work.
