We were very pleased with the work done and highly recommend Bartlett to anyone who needs careful tree service. Michael, the representative, and the entire tree crew were professional, courteous, efficient, and helpful. The work was started at the time agreed (8 AM) and completed in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with the trimming and the installation of cables. The representative and crew members listened to our wishes and followed through on them.

Had an excellent experience with Bartlett Tree Experts. Bartlett is a well established, honest, and well run company. They are one of the larger tree companies in the area and service some of very large propeties and institutions, but they provide the same quality service and responsiveness to individual homeowners. From the first visit by the supervisor who inspected my project and proviced an estimate, all the way through the scheduleing of the work and the great work of the crew who came to do the job, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The crew did an excellent job, made sure all the debris was cleaned up and when they ground up the stump, I had several cubic yards of hardwook much to use in other areas of my garden and flower beds. You might think that a large organization like Bartlett with supervisors, administrative personnel, losts of heavy equipment to maintain, and large a staff would be more expensive than some of the smaller, independent landscapers, but this was not the case. The Bartlett quote was several hundred dollars less than some of the other quotes I received. Bartalett did an excellent job.

Bartlett’s is more expensive than other services. But they are friendly, knowledgeable and flexible, which makes up that difference . I was very happy I went with them for backyard mature oak tree trimming and soil nutrition. Their forester walked the property with me and gave me great tree advice - not only about the tree I was concerned with. And their pruning crew was efficient and friendly. They even offered to cut and stack the downed branches into firewood for me!

Bartlett provides a terrific service overall and was clear on what needed to be done without going overboard. The team had specific and measurable goals for both the immediate and longer-term and the crew that showed up to do the work was communicative, efficient, and very professional. Highly recommend!

The quality this year has gone completely downhill since Joel Spano left. Lots of scheduling problems and lack of customer service is very apparent. Our Crape Myrtle’s are dying from an Aphid infestation. We are looking for another company. The prices for what you are now getting is beyond unacceptable! UPDATE: John and Dylan are trying to make things right. Hopefully we can get back to the service we've had for years past. This was one of the few companies we dealt with that was never a hassle. That's why we were so confused as to what had happened. Especially since we've been customers since 2018.
