We have been customers since 1991 and have always been pleased with the staff which we have watched over the years advance up the career ladder. Our current arborist representative Todd Hagadone came up thru the ranks and our landscaping loves his treatments currently carried out by Ben Taylor. We also take advantage of their very professional tree trimming and takedown services. We have had multiple trees trimmed and cabling done previously and last week we thoroughly enjoyed 4 hours of watching their climbers David and Kevin carefully take down piecemeal a huge dead white oak tree next to our driveway. They made sure our driveway pavers and landscaping survived with no damage. Their stump grinder expert Tucker also did an excellent job removing another stump located next to the house. The staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them. Based on our recommendations, our neighbors now also use them and are also very pleased with their service.

On July 9th, I had Bartlett Tree Experts at my property in Waterford. I had met with Greg who thoroughly explained everything to me. There was a dead tree that needed to be removed because it clearly posed a danger. The big job was cutting back my massive (and I would say majestic) silver maple. My goal is to keep this tree healthy for many years to come. Nick & Gilberto came out and were at my property all day. They worked dillegently. It was amazing to watch them from my deck. When they were finished, they made sure that everything was raked up and they were meticulous about the cleaning process. I would enthusiastically recommend Bartlett Tree Experts to anyone who is looking for an arborist. Amy from their office even called me a few days later to follow up to make sure that I was happy with the work that had been done. From start to finish it was a great experience.
