Bark River Tree Service

There are just not enough stars to give this company. We have been using Bark River for about 7 years now. They cleared our land for us to build a house, they cleared trails/paths in our woods, they have done stump removal and have been wonderful to work with. Just like any outdoor business, you have to understand that their work is weather dependent. There are possibilities of having to change your schedule. Be patient!!!!! It is all worth it! Great customer service! Great crew! Very informative!

First time I have ordered firewood from Bark River. Had what I thought was a 1/2 cord delivered last week. Out of all the years I have been ordering wood this is the first time bark chips, wood remnants/shavings have been part of a 1/2 cord. As you can see by the pictures the majority of the wood is not seasoned, never stacked or cleaned. Obviously it must just sit on the ground in piles, and I received the remaining scraps. First and last time I will be ordering firewood from here

I called 3 months ago to get a quote for tree trimming service. 2 representatives came out and looked at the job and said they would get back to me in a week. I didn’t hear back and left repeated calls. Then I finally get a call 3 months later saying they can’t do the work because of access even though this was specifically discussed on the initial site visit. Horrible communication and customer service. Glad I had already found another company to work with.

Ordered bark on Monday for Wednesday delivery. They called me tuesday asking if I minded them delivering early. I said no, but I do not yet have a bucket out. They said - just tell us where. I told them north west corner of the driveway or near my topsoil pile. They delivered it to the SOUT WEST corner of the driveway, in front of my garage, in front of my wood for my deck. in front of my trailer which blocked my access to the tractor I needed to move the pile! When I called, they argued, were rude, blamed me. they acquiesced to coming with loader to move the pile (to where they were supposed to dump it). They were then rude to my wife, tore up our driveway then called me back at work to yell at me again. I hung up on them.
