This crew (Jordan, Aaron, Kyle and Beeman) are a smooth running machine!! They worked together like each knew what the other was thinking. I have had alot of huge trees taken down at my house over the years and I have to say, not one of the tree services that I contracted even came close to this crew! Barberton Tree Service should be very proud of this crew and the fact that safety, communication, team work and professionalism were definitely their goals today and they 1,000% accomplished them. Barberton Tree has all my future business and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

My service from the beginning step of making a phone call was perfect. I was given a time frame, which was met earlier than expected. The actual service/cutting crew showed up and were on time. When I say I had trees cut down… I’m telling you these were monsters…so big, that the guy who cuts trees down for a living…was measuring it with his footsteps after it was all removed.—(probably to tell his buddies). It impressed him that much. Anyways that crew laid down ramps for the yard, worked efficiently together as a crew, and were extremely careful with my flowerbeds, and property. The crane operator (who actually was literally smiling all day long) was guiding limbs over my roof/neighbors fence, with great skills…and even on a slight hill at that—all while laying them down gently for the ground crew below!!! He was excellent at what he did. I had to leave eventually and go to work…when I came home..it was like they were never there. About 5 days later my stump grinding takes place. He shows up (Dave R)…and gives me a quick run down of where he’s going to start. He sees the stump(s), there’s that big one I mentioned earlier…and he said he we be here all day. I end up getting Dave some lunch…and we chatted a bit (super nice pleasant family man) and let him get back to work. I also must mention…I asked Dave to kind of focus on an area because I’m going to have some concrete there. He made sure to not only meet..but exceed my expectations. I really appreciate the customer service he provided. I have one last comment that I wanted to end with. Their estimated price actually shocked me!!! It was extremely fair and well below my expectations!!! And I say this because I knew they built a big new beautiful building in Barberton. (Which I applaud as well—helping beautify a city that needs it). And it really is a gorgeous building in itself!!!! So for them to come in lower than expected…was an absolute no brainer. Highly recommend you get an estimate from Barberton Tree at the very least. Thank you again from top to bottom. My experience with them was OUTSTANDING!!!!

Barberton Tree Service crew just left after taking down 2 monster Spruce Pines, Cherry Tree and trimming some others. Highly recommend Jordan, Aaron, Jason and Derrick. They were courteous, professional and very careful with concerns we had about our well which happened to be between the Spruce Pines. They left the property better than they found it. From the minute Jill took our call, listened to our needs, immediately scheduled a day/time for Freddie to meet with us to analyze what needed completed, he provided us with an on the spot estimate. Barberton Tree removed a VERY large, dead Oak tree today; we were so impressed with their work! This was not an easy job & the job was turned down by several other companies who didn’t have the right equipment to get it down. The team who was here worked hard for nearly twelve hours, avoiding our shed and fence very near the tree. Provided plenty of entertainment for our kids & the neighbors too! While we had to wait a while for the team to be able to get us on their schedule because of some storms in our area, both the owner and another staff member were great communicators when we expressed our frustration, and they got the crew out the following week. We are so glad we hired Barberton Tree!
