B.I.C Tree Service

This is the second time that I’ve used BIC Tree service. The first time was fine. This time was the complete opposite . In February a neighbor’s tree fell on my property & needed to be removed. My first call was to BIC since I had used them previously. I made the mistake of not getting a quote upfront and just presumed they would be competitive & easy to work with as they were the last time. I was quoted over $6000 for the removal of a tree the fallen tree after services were rendered, which was significantly more than what I was quoted by competitors. BIC also removed the other half of the tree that was still in my neighbor’s yard. BIC used my property to access my neighbor’s yard without my consent demonstrating a lack of professionalism & respect. My neighbor received a bill for $2800 & it was provided to her promptly for payment. When I asked Jason why my cost was so high, his initial statement was that he bills insurance “differently”. I repeatedly asked Jason for an invoice so that I could settle with him. He continued to state he would not provide the invoice until finding out what the payout from insurance would be & not wanting me to owe more than what was paid out. I reiterated that it didn’t matter what insurance pays because at the end of the day if this is an accurate charge for services rendered, whether insurance pays or not, this is what I owe them. This conversation left me with a very uneasy feeling about the “different” billing. Lastly I received notification that Jason had called my insurance company to inquire about what my payout would be before my claim was finalized. Jason nor his company are authorized on my insurance policy to receive any information about my policy or claim. This means either Jason had enough information to deceive the insurance company and state that he was the policyholder or someone at the insurance company violated the company privacy policy. This is currently under investigation by the insurance company & awaiting resolution. Ultimately the tree is gone. I finally received an invoice today for services rendered in February. It boldly states that I’m overdue by 61 days- when I have record of asking for an invoice to pay multiple times during that time frame… at the end of the day, we all reap what we sow. & I will sleep just fine✌🏼

Jason and team are phenomenal. Communication was on point and on time. Day of job was done faster than I could open my home camera app. Just such a delight to have a local business that is fair, respectful, honest and delivers incredible service. Will certainly use the team at BIC for any needs.

Jason and his team are very friendly and professional.Price was a lot cheaper than others.They arrived at the time they said they would,matter fact they was waiting for the power company to drop power line from our house to cut the tree down.And this job was done on our coldest morning of this year.They even called the power company to hook our power line back up for us.Even cleaned the mess up.We would highly recommend Jason and his team.We would definitely only use them for any other tree jobs.Thanks Jason and your team.

I had 2 trees right up against my carport that required a climber to cut them down due to no room for a truck. I was scrolling thru Facebook and a BIC Outdoor & Tree Service Ad popped up. I read reviews and I gave Jason a call and he came out quoted and his guys got me completed within 2 weeks of meeting Jason for the quote. I felt bad for the guy whom had to climb because it was a tight space and a tough job and he was up in those trees all day. All the guys worked great together and did an EXCELLENT job getting those trees down and there was no damage to anything. Trust me when I say these trees were big and in a very tight fenced in area. You can see one tree and the other one is exactly right behind it next to back window and building. (See pics) They got the trees down with no damage to anything and cleaned it all up. I will call on these guys again. Thank You and Your Crew!!!

Jason and his team did a very great job cutting the trees.The area looks very nice.I highly recommend them they are the best.I will definitely call them again.
