Bill was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. When we noticed some unsafe branches on one of our old maples this Fall, I called BG Tree Care on a Friday and Bill came out that same afternoon. He gave me an honest opinion of the state and safety of three of our trees. I really wanted to keep at least one, but asked him to be straightforward with me. I trusted his experience and expertise and based on our discussion, we decided to take all three down, and I know that was the best decision. Bill and his crew then came out to start the work just four days later and were done in only two days, despite very cold and windy weather that hampered some of the work they needed to do with the lift. We have a difficult property with a narrow, shared driveway on a busy road, little parking, and tight spaces, but the crew navigated everything with precision and care; there were no problems or inadvertent damage. Not only did they move a lot of yard furniture, planters, and a firepit out of the way to get started, they cleaned up after they were done so very nicely on both days. Bill was also very courteous and accommodating to our neighbor, with whom we share our driveway, making sure she knew if the path would temporarily be blocked or moving his vehicles to let her out as needed, which was much appreciated. This was a big, difficult job as far as I can tell and they seemingly navigated it with ease! Oh, and best of all, his price was really reasonable for all that work! Bill at BG tree service was great. Knowledgeable professional that was willing to match other quotes and scheduled the job quickly. Other companies wanted to simply cut down entire trees on my property. Bill suggested properly pruning in order to preserve and maintain the pines and other trees there, preserving the beauty while protecting my house/roof. Bill went above and beyond and will be our guy moving forward.

Bill and his crew were punctual, knowledgeable, clean working and communicated well. I found them reasonably priced and easy to work with. They did a 2.5 day job for me and I feel my home and property are now much safer. They cut limbs and trees from around my house and rather long driveway then left me the wood chips for mulch and several cords of cut and stacked firewood. They even blew the leaves and debris off the roof and out of the gutters when I asked. I am happy to refer them to my family and friends as well as leaving this review. I will look forward to working with them again for my future tree needs.

BG Tree Service is consistently outstanding! Bill responds to requests for estimates almost instantly and begins working as soon as possible. After last week’s thunderstorm, their team removed a large number of tree limbs that had fallen onto our back fence in-6 spots, and our shed. Bill also expertly cut down multiple broken branches dangling over our yard that were a danger to our 2 dogs. Clean up was very thorough too. I highly recommend BG Tree Services.

Exceptional service! From start to finish Bill and his team were professional, knowledgeable and well prepared to tackle our 90’+ tree.
