I had a large tree limb fall onto my garage after a snow storm. I chose Avon Tree Service because I felt most comfortable with them (versus other tree removal companies that I contacted). This was because Paul was very responsive with coming out to look at the tree limb to provide a quote and took the time to explain to me exactly how he planned to remove the tree limb. This was important to me because I had concerns about any further damage to my home or garage being caused during the removal process (small backyard). Paul took great care with removing the tree limb and do so without there being any damage to anything. He was also on time, his pricing was very reasonable, and he worked quickly and safely. I was very happy with Avon Tree Service and would definitely recommend them.

Avon Tree Service is absolutely outstanding!!! Paul called back promptly and was very professional, nice, transparent and seemed reliable and truthworthy over the phone. He came the very next day during the time frame he said he would and even sent me a text letting me know he was on his way. Such great communication!! He removed the bottom of a tree trunk roots in such a timely manner. Paul was just as kind, down-to-earth, reliable and professional as he was on the phone. We highly recommend Avon Tree Service and Novak Stump Grinding! Our neighbor had a very large pine tree that hung over our driveway. Paul Novak provided a timely, cost-effective quote and took the tree down safely within a couple hours. He did a nice job cleaning up the area as well. He is very friendly, easy to communicate with and graciously went out of his way to help us when we had a disagreement with our neighbor on the stump grinding. The stump grinding service was very quick and efficient. We cannot thank him enough! The area where the tree was looks so much nicer and we can actually park in our driveway now! We would use his services again in the future. Highly recommend!

I hired Avon Tree Service after reading all of their positive reviews. Paul's original estimate was fair and in line with others I had received. Paul went out of his way to communicate with me and set up a mutually agreeable time for him to remove a Mulberry Tree at my rental property. On the date of the removal, Paul and his crew showed up on time, completed the work as agreed upon, and cleaned up after their work was complete. Paul was very nice to work with and he went out of his way to offer suggestions to help maintain other trees on my property. I would highly recommend Avon Tree Service.

We had three trees growing in a tiny space between our garage and our neighbor’s that definitely needed to be trimmed way down. Paul was the only person to respond to me after I called and emailed multiple local tree removal companies, and I’m so glad he did! He was great to work with and offered us multiple options from complete removal to trimming. He and the crew showed up on time, did the work as discussed, and cleaned up the area afterward, all while doing some fancy footwork with a huge truck to avoid cracking our new driveway.
