Austin was exceedingly prompt as scheduling and making time to come to the house. I have 6 mature oaks that needed dead limbs taken out. He and his crew arrived on time and worked so efficiently and thoughtfully! I'm excited about being able to use the yard without worrying about limbs falling.

We were very impressed with the skill and expertise Austin and his team exhibited as we watched them remove trees from the roof of a neighbor’s house after hurricane Helene. We ask him to give us a quote to remove large trees that were very close to our house. The quote was very reasonable He put us on his schedule and actually arrived a day earlier than scheduled. Austin’s very professional, hard-working team, scaled the trees with ropes and gently lowered each of the large pieces of tree to the ground. Austin and his team removed 13 trees 80’ to 100’+ tall with ease and without any damage to our house or surrounding trees, shrubs and plants. They chipped the branches and left us two loads of chips to use as Mulch as well as cleaned up small twigs and leaves. Austin’s team also removed trees from another neighbor’s yard while there. They will be returning next month to remove 4 more trees for us. Austin and his team were very professional, efficient, polite and curtious…when we were telling them THANK YOU for the GREAT JOB…their response was thank you for the work. I would highly recommend Austin and his team to anyone needing tree removal.

I live in an area where it’s tough to get anyone to even come out for an estimate, much less return & actually DO the work. But Austin’s Tree Service was a total exception. Austin showed up promptly, gave us a fair quote, AND got the entire job done that same day! He safely removed a dead tree from our lot & topped off some large front bushes—all for an incredibly reasonable price. He & his crew were efficient, respectful, & cleaned up so thoroughly you’d never even know the tree had been there. We’re super thankful & highly recommend him!

Austin’s team did an exceptional job on my trees today. They showed up on time (even a tad early), and every member of his skilled crew was courteous and professional. All of the guys worked so well as a team, looking out for one another and shouting “Good job!” as more challenging limbs came down. They also communicated with me throughout the process to ensure they weren’t missing anything that I wanted done. They had a chipper on site and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were done, raking the yard, and then blowing off the rest. And all for a very reasonable price! Our beautiful Bald Cypress tree was badly damaged in the last big storm, and sadly, had to be removed. It was in a tight spot, near the fence, between our house and the electric lines, so we were nervous! AUSTIN TREE SERVICE was highly recommended by two neighbors, who recently had trees taken down by them. Today, Austin and his crew arrived promptly, and began their highly efficient process of dissecting our 80' tree. We watched in amazement as they worked! A bucket truck lifted the saw man, as he and the team expertly used ropes to lower large branches, and the upper parts to the ground. They picked up the branches as they were cut. When they were done, the team cleaned up as much small debris and sawdust as they could, with a strong leaf blower and shovels. The only casualties were hostas at the base of the tree, which we knew would be lost. 8 to 15 feet away, our shrubs and rhubarb patch were untouched! We couldn't be happier with Austin's Tree Service! We absolutely, and without reservation, recommend them to our friends and neighbors! THANK YOU, AUSTIN TREE SERVICE FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!! 😍
