Great service all around. The arborist understood my needs and my trees. The crew that did the trimming were professional, efficient, and obviously experienced at their work. I love that they knew about oak trees and took care to seal the cuts. They did a good job and left my yard neat and clean. Everything looks great. I will use this company again!
After getting quotes and/or work done by several tree companies that did a poor job, gave me incorrect information, or overcharged, I was thrilled to find Austin Tree Surgeons. They are honest, fair, professional, and highly knowledgeable about trees! They truly care and are good at what they do. It is actually amazing that much worse tree companies in Austin are charging much higher prices! Beware of the scammers out there. Austin Tree Surgeons is the real deal.
Andrew the technician disclosed everything about the process. Everything from what wheel marks the machine would make to the debris produced. Assisted in clearing a path to helping me put up extra "debris guards". He took his time and did a good job
You get what you pay for, and Austin Tree Surgeons is worth every penny. No, it's not cheap service. But it's service done correctly-which is important when caring for your trees! We have 7 mature trees on our property and all of them had dead weight from the storm a couple of years ago (the previous homeowner didn't have them taken care of). Paul came out and did the assessment, and then the crew came out 2 mornings later and did a thorough and professional job of ensuring the tree branches were cut back from the roof line and that each tree had the best shape and was in prime condition for growth. They were efficient and thorough, and checked in to ensure I was happy with the work before they left.
