Called for a quote on my fence while out of town. They came by and sent a quote including the fence and some tree work. He did not quote the entirety of my messed up fence from tornado and also the work that was provided was not good. They used old materials they brought with them and didn't not replace all the messed up poles. Poles are uneven some are shorter than others. The corner post shown they wrapped the chain link around it. Not to mention being yelled at and threatened for a lien on my home for questioning footage amount because I wasn't present for the quote. I still have estimate 50 foot of bent up fence mended to the work the did. They will surprise bill you and I have record and proof of this. Do not trust this company pay the money and get someone respectful and honest. Response to your reply: you were called to replace my fence due to damages from tornado. Again as previously stated you left at least 50 foot of untouched damaged fence that wasn't included in invoice. When I asked why you were mending old to new fence you told me you would charge double to replace that footage. The work done was not done well nor was the work handled professionally. Screaming in someone's face because you failed to communicate what was initially quoted is wrong. Threatening a lien on a owner's house when you were not even half way done with the work and had recieved over half of the money is also not professional. Again to anyone reading reviews this company is out to take your money and leave you a mess. Also not credited bbb check your info and I'll provide screenshot of this taken 2 days ago. I didn't know to check this previously or I wouldn't have hired this mess of company. Also this supposed additional work you referred to on last quote was not discussed which is where the term surprise billing is coming from. You came to quote the property and you not knowing that the ground had rock isn't necessarily on me. I paid a company to weedeat 2 days before you come to quote the fence. Communication is huge try better asap tree and fencing llc.

While searching for some firewood for the upcoming season, I ran across this company and sure am glad I did. Great price for delivered and stacked. It was delivered promptly and stacked neatly. I highly recommend this company for your needs.

We hired ASAP tree and fencing to repair our wood fence and remove a tree stump after the tornado damaged our backyard. They did great work, and were very reasonably priced, but we had quite a few issues with communication. After the quote/consultation, we paid the deposit and they let us know that we were on their schedule and that it would be a few weeks out (no problem!). However, they never let us know when they were going to start, and showed up randomly one day and started working on it. Luckily my husband was home and it wasn’t a big deal. After they finished, they told us that we owed significantly more than we had been quoted at the beginning of the process- however, they realized there was an error in their calculations pretty quickly and resolved that issue. The only other issue was the communication regarding payments. We were going to pay cash at first, but when we made the deposit, they told us they didn’t take cash and we would have to use a credit/debit card. So, when it came time to pay them at the end, I assumed we would pay via card. They finished the fence around lunch time, but didn’t reach out to my husband until 4pm and told him that they wanted him to pay in cash because paying by card added an extra 3.5% fee, and they wanted the rest of the payment that evening. I didn’t get off work until 6pm, and there wasn’t a way for me to get that much cash on short notice. So, we paid via card but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time so that we could’ve avoided the fee. Overall, I’m satisfied with the work (see pictures of before/after) but was a bit irritated with the lack of communication.
