I have used Ratliff for MANY years and wouldn't use anyone else. They are skilled AND caring. 2 caring incidents come to mind: a few years ago they cut down a large tree for me and came across a raccoon nest near the top, containing 4 babies. Ratliff's men cut off the limb with nest intact, and carefully put it on the ground where the mother could find it. She did. And soon, she had moved all 4 babies to another location. Recently Ratliff's men were here, taking out a tree, and my neighbor fell. They helped get her into her house and helped me stay with her while we waited for the paramedics. Then they returned to work - in the dark - in the rain - and still did a wonderful job which included taking down the rest of the tree, grinding out the stump, and filling the hole with topsoil. WOW! They are careful and always clean up after themselves. I have a lot of trees and they come once or twice a year (at least), keeping them trimmed and healthy. When we have bad weather, I have almost NO tree damage.

This is the most professional crew on the planet! A great team that performed outstanding work. Friendly, pleasant guys who you could tell really enjoyed their jobs. Very prompt. They showed up when they were scheduled. They checked with me throughout the day asking if everything was done that we had asked for. This was a huge job that took all day. The clean up was fantastic! I will recommend Arthur Ratliff to anyone. Prices are reasonable and the service is the BEST anywhere! No need to contact anyone else, call Ratliff! These guys are experts! They are doing a better job than the others, and at a better price. This is the second time we have used them and we have been over the top satisfied both times! They surgically removed six trees that were hanging over the fence, over our rock garden, and over the neighbors house. And they left our yard cleaner than when they got there. We have used other tree services before but these guys have always done a better job for a much lower price.

We had two large trees removed at our home. What took place was unbelievable. At least six workers were on site, each with certain responsibilities and each having a role as part of a well organized team. We could not have scripted a better outcome. This great team worked extremely hard until the job was completely finished. This was a first class operation and there was complete attention to task by all involved the whole time. Other than the missing trees, there is no evidence that anyone was ever there after the work was done. We have used other tree services over the years and they do not compare to the quality of work and professionalism we experienced from Ratliff. Our sincere and heartfelt thanks for the great work you did for us.
