Cut down and cleared away all trees as agreed. However, cut more than requested, and damaged gate entrance and wooden path separators. They were pretty old to begin with, so it's not a huge loss but they did it without clearing it with me first. The initial meet suggested they would take their machinery through a fence section but during the job they decided to go through the gate instead. The old gate used to close, and now no longer does and will have to be completely replaced (sooner, rather than later). It's a tight spot, so I don't really blame them but I'm not totally happy about it and won't use them again. That said, they did excellent work and all their employees were professional and friendly but a little communication would have gone a long way. Edit: The owner replied stating they wish they had known about the issue during the job as if it were my job to communicate this. For 9.2k for this job and 8k for previous work, I'd expect the employees, site foreman, and owner to all be on the same page and they should have known. A simple "hey, we're going to smash this gate instead of go through the fence panel like we agreed. Also, we broke a bunch of the wooden dividers between the pavers and the grass because we drove heavy machinery right over it without a second thought". In any case, I appreciate them reaching out to "make this right" but I'm not looking for a refund or money, I wish greater care was taken the first time. Don't get me wrong, I don't take great care of my property and it could look a lot nicer but that's my decision - I expect someone performing a service to treat my property with the same care they'd show a mansion down the street.

Great service! Arrived on time were professional and thorough. Did a fabulous job including yard clean up and debris removal. I thought they gave me very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and will refer them again . Crew A was there and were very easy to work with, great guys.

Arrow Tree Service exceeded my expectations! From my initial contact through the inspection and estimate to the completion of the project and clean up, it was all taken care of quickly and efficiently. The staff is friendly and efficient. I was especially impressed by the dedication they showed in making sure the job was done to my satisfaction, and the clean up was remarkably thorough. Definitely a five-star business!

Arrow tree service is the best! When our home was crushed by a 100’ pine tree they were here the next morning. They were prompt and on time as promised. The were completely professional and did an amazing job. I then contracted them to remove the other pine and big maple and grind everything. Rob, Dan and Chris did an excellent job and it’s like the trees were never there. The price was very reasonable. Will use them again.

My husband and I contacted Arrow Tree Service to take down three pine trees in our front yard. They answered when we called and we were able to make an appointment for a free estimate that was less than a week out. The gentleman was very easy to talk to and work with and gave us a written quote on the spot. When we called to schedule the work they were able to schedule within a week or two and that was much better than other companies that we had checked out. They made short work of these big trees and ground the stumps down. The only hiccups we had were that they showed up at 7am when they weren't scheduled until the afternoon so they woke me up and we weren't ready for them yet. Also, that we didn't know that they didn't get rid of or spread out the piles of grindings because you have to pay extra for that. Overall, a great service with great prices and availability.
