I had a huge Oak tree in my yard that was uprooted during a storm back in May. I contacted several tree services, but chose Arkansas Tree and Stump. I'm so glad I did! Jay Pratt and his team were very professional and did a superb job! When Jay came to my home, he truly surveyed the damage, showed an interest in the job and even educated me on what to look for and questions to ask when selecting a tree service company! Thank you Jay and company for the awesome job you performed at my home. I recommend you highly!

Jay & his team are extremely professional and efficient. What I love most about them is how they take safety very seriously and they clean up every piece of limb they take down. It looks as if there was never a tree there in the first place. We have had numerous trees and stumps removed with Arkansas Tree & Stump and we have always been very pleased with their work.

I have used Arkansas Tree and Stump for several years now. Jay is a professional and the best. I was worried about a tree and he took the time to come check it out. I have confidence in Jay. They do an excellent job!

First, apologies to these folks for not getting this review up sooner. Second, outstanding service all around. I spoke with the owner on a few occasions trying to work around weather and some business travel, and he was transparent every step of the way. His crew was professional and did an incredible job on the two big trees I needed gone next to my house as well as the trimming on another. They ground the stumps and cleaned up more than they had to. It's a weird kind of comfort to know exactly who you can call for a given job that needs to be done, and now I know who my tree people are.

We have used Arkansas Tree and Stump three times over the past two years. Their quality of work and communication should be the standard for all businesses. Fair price, expert work in a confined area near the house, and concern for safety of our animals and ourselves. Jay and all employees there are the gold standard. When the company says anytime emergency services they mean it. They saw the photos of the problem and came out immediately on Memorial Day!!! Best local business experience we've ever had in the decades we've lived in Conway.
