I am so pleased with my experience with ArborTrue. First the consultation with an arborist (college degree in TREES, people. These leafy beauties are way more complex than you realize and humans cannot survive without TREES) who walks through your property with you and you learn SO much. Second the written proposal that the arborist prepares with “line item veto” or rather “selection” built in! I can’t afford to do everything in one year so I can easily choose to omit tasks - and reduce my expenses. Third, and most importantly, the crew that does the actual work. My crew were led by Erik and Servando. They were focused and skilled. Accommodating to the nth degree. Their cuts were clean and quick (clean your blades between trees to prevent spreading tree diseases). The crew makes an impossible task happen like magic. Efficiency, SAFETY, pand attention to detail were obvious. Every tool they brought in was removed. They even came back another day to finish some small tasks that were missed. Paloma helped arrange that. Crew Lead Erik and his team is great. Next time I am asking for them personally! Trim your trees before hurricane season hits. ArborTrue is hit with tons of emergency work and it could take longer for them to get to your project.

Treated a Drake Elm in distress. Came 4 days earlier than originally scheduled to help calm our fears of losing the tree completely. It may still die, but they made a gallant effort to save it with bacteriacides, fungicides and special bark treatments so only time will tell. Arborist was very comprehensive in his assessment and technician followed through carefully with the treatments. Both men were professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

Osman and his crew were the best. I didn’t think they would be able to get the tree out of my house due to the size but they did. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will be recommending them to my friends. Jo Anne Pierson

Oh my gosh what an amazing crew! Professional, brave, friendly, thorough, and just all around terrific! I was so sad to lose a beloved sycamore, but this crew helped make the process so much less painful.

Arbor True is the only company that I will trust with my century old Post Oak tree. Mario came to inspect my trees after landscaping replacement and found several items that needed addressed. He was very prompt, very knowledgeable, and very quick to assess what was needed. Wanted to also let you know that the treatment provided by Angel today exceeded my expectations. He listened to my concerns and was very professional applying the treatment to my trees.
