Arbormax Tree Care is amazing! They took down a massive old oak tree for us today. They were super responsive and professional to work with. We were amazed with how quickly and efficiently the team got the tree down and everything cleaned up! Would highly recommend them for tree services in the Longmeadow area!

I first want to state I rarely write any reviews but Phil was so amazing I felt like it was the only right thing to do. Originally, I wanted to remove 4 trees out in the front yard due to multiple big branches falling down. Afraid it would damage my property or cars, I started to see what would be a good option of either trimming or removing the trees. I first met Phil during our initial tree quote meeting. He was very professional and arrived on time. He went through and described the whole process of what it would take to remove those trees and how to avoid having sinkholes once the tree was removed. He was very knowledgeable in his work and provided a very reasonable price. We proceed to get those four trees removed, the day before he was supposed to arrive I noticed another tree in the back that was also completely hollow so I quickly texted him about it and he came right away to check it out. He provided a quote and his advice on what was the best option to clear the tree. Due to the safety of the tree being completely hollow we decided it would be best to cut it down. Finally the big day arrives to cut down the trees, everything was going smoothly but it seemed like we ran into some issues and I was at work so I couldn’t resolve them. Phil was able to resolve the issue right away and finished the job on the same day. Him and his crew were all exceptional and very professional throughout this whole experience. They removed the 5 trees without any issues and I’m glad that we did cause when they were cutting it down they noticed that all of the trees were basically hollow. I would highly recommend arbormax tree care to anyone that wants a knowledgeable, experienced, and professional company to work on their trees. If I ever need anymore trees to be worked on I already know who to call.

Arbormax did a fantastic job removing 8 trees, including 3 really large oaks from our yard. Phil was great discussing what we were looking to do, assessing the situation and making recommendations. It was amazing watching them work. They are very skilled professionals with the right equipment and were able to complete everything in a single day. What great team!

Arbormax Tree Service was great! Phil came out to give us a quote, and his team did an excellent job cutting down our trees and trimming our arborvitae’s.
