At first, we were very pleased. They came out the day we called to remove a huge dead pine tree and grind the stump. The owner was nice and professional in person. After I stopped working with him, it went downhill. The crew came at the end of the day so they were understandably exhausted! They were ready to be done. As they were taking down the tree, sections broke branches from another tree. I went out and offered them a drink and asked if they could please get the branches that had been broken, as they were very high up. The response I received seemed as if I had caused a huge inconvenience. After they were finished, we noticed there was significant damage to our yard with the donuts performed on the machines. We had the owner come out and look, and he agreed our yard should not look like it did, and they offered to come out and fix it or they would refund us. They didn't show, and I called three times asking for a follow up. I eventually never heard back from them. They never followed through on their agreement to help us fix our yard or refund us. We were disappointed in the customer service, as we very hopeful after the initial quick response. I wish they would have followed through.

Came to my house on a Sunday to get my cat out of a tree where he was trapped for two days! Reasonable price too! I can’t thank them enough!!! Very nice people, every person I encountered with this company was polite and truly cared about my cat!!

I had 14 trees removed with stumps, trees topped off. The crew arrived early equipped with all machinery necessary. The job was completed before I got home. They did a professional job and everything was cleaned up. Thanks for a job well done. We are needing more trees cut in the near future. Arborist Plus will be our Tree Service for years to come .

We had three large trees go down in our front yard. Arborist came out quickly to assess the situation. They came up with a plan and took care of the trees in no time and cleaned up well. They do amazing work and would use them again in the future. Give them a call for any of your tree service needs.

Called these guys about a quote for tree removal. They came out right promptly. The owner was very professional and knew his stuff. Local family owned company that treats you as if you were one of their own. Will definitely use again in the future for all my tree related needs. Thanks guys!
