The crew did a great job! They were on time, professional, and committed to safety. All at a reasonable cost. One tree was diseased and had to be cut down and the other 6 very large firs needed to be thinned and trimmed. They left the area neater than they found it, raking and blowing everything clean. William also gave me ideas on trees and shrubbery to enhance my yard in the future. Would recommend with no hesitation. Pictures taken before and after.

I had a great experience with William Henry Byrd III and his team at Arborists of America, Inc. From our first meeting, William gave me clear advice on caring for my trees. He suggested using an orchard pruning style for my fig, pear, persimmon, and plum trees, which really improved their health. He also listened to my concerns about my overgrown bonsai juniper tree. Together, we created a plan that provided the best quote among three bidders. I appreciated William’s focus on making sure I was satisfied. He double-checked everything to ensure I was happy with the work. Two arborists and their crew finished the job quickly and left the area well cleaned up. I would highly recommend Will and his crew for any tree job! They are so skillful and meticulous. Their prep protected my pool and the clean up was fabulous. They are punctual and so hard working!!

I had a very large Douglas fir that had to come down due to a different company damaging the tree about 10 years ago. Wil came out to assess the tree and gave us a plan. The tree was next to a fence and the team had to have an exit point for branches, etc. In preparation, we removed portions of 2 fences and pulled up the pavers of a patio. The neighbor had a shed that couldn't move. We had some pet graves near the base of the tree. Wil was aware that this was a sad event, as this was not a tree that I wanted to take out. The team showed up that morning, did a safety meeting, and was efficient in removing the branches and then the trunk. Stump grinding was the second day. The crew did a good job on what was a very challenging removal. Be aware that if paying by credit card, there is a 3% fee.

Our neighbors had Will and his crew out today to trim their tree. That tree hangs over into our yard as it is a huge maple, and the lots here are small. Your crew was amazing, and came over and trimmed the limbs that needed it, and took some heavy branches off of our own smaller maple tree. Will also took a look at our Ash tree and assured us that as this point, she is fine, and not affected by the emerald ash borer. We were so grateful for the professional and informative help we got today! Thank you guys, we appreciate you!
