This company was quick to respond and arrive for a quote. I have to say, the owner is very knowledgeable about trees and saw where a trees roots were causing structural damage to my house. We then went inside and he was able to show me so many new cracks . Needless to say that tree was removed and remaining trees and large brush was trimmed up. The team was mindful of my property and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. The owner, his wife and whole team are easy to work with and provide a fair quote prior to starting. I have even asked them to help me plan and design new landscape to replace several bushes I didn’t like that they removed for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree services as Arborist Pros know what they are doing! I added before and after pictures of my yard to show their work.

I saw my neighbors getting their trees trimmed and removed, so when I asked my neighbor how did she like the work? she said "They did everything I asked and then some." I needed a 40 foot half-dead oak, ready to crush my house removed . When their salesman came over he gave me a fair price. The climber and owner went above and beyond. The dead oak came down perfectly, piece by piece and was left for me to use as firewood as per our agreement. They removed several dead branches off another oak without even asking, which showed me these guys love their work. Great job Arborist Pros Tree Service!

0 out of 5. They quoted me for a job and said it would only take 1 day. Granted they had some guys were sick and he had some equipment get totalled and had to take care of that for insurance purposes all within the first couple days. His 1 day job took over 3 weeks. When I kept asking him when he was coming, he would always say tomorrow and wouldn't show up. He knew I had a pool company coming soon to start staking out and getting set up. He still did not show up on time or finish on time. I had to get a tractor and move all the tree stumps and wood myself so the pool guys could work. Again when I kept reaching out to him to find out when he was going to finish the job HE DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHO I WAS. I had to remind him who I was and the job he was supposed to do. He completely forgot about my job which I had already paid him in FULL for. He again said he would at my property first thing in the morning the next day at 7am. Didn't show up till 11. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great price and Levins guys went above and beyond what we thought we were getting. We have had hundreds of company’s try and gain our business but we chose Arborist pros because of their honesty and solid work in and around our neighborhood.

I called for a tree job and asked the person who answered the phone for an estimate for a tree job. They said they would have get back to me. After a few additional calls, they said they were busy, which completely understand. Eventually they made it to the property and assessed what I needed. They said they would need a day to put together an estimate, which I never did receive. Needing the work completed, I contacted another tree company. They were quick to respond and did fantastic work. Apparently someone from Arborist Pros drove by and saw the other company completing the job because I received an angry phone call from them demanding to know what I was doing and claiming that the job was theirs. He threatened to call the county if I didn't have the other company stop. I told him that I was not going to fire the current company and that I would never hire him for any job they way he was speaking to me. The gentleman hung up and proceeded to call the county. The county official showed up, chatted with the tree company I hired, and gave them the thumbs up to proceed. The job was completed faster than expected. In my opinion, there are far better companies to deal with. Good luck to whoever hires this one. Thank you for your honesty and your apology.
