I called Arborist Enterprises to request a quote to trim a very large 30 year old pin oak. While my tree is healthy I was also interested in maintainting the health as many of the pin oaks in my neighborhood are failing. I noticed their beautiful red truck periodically across the street at my neighbor's home deep root feeding their equally large pin oak and was hoping Arborist Enterprises could do the same for me if needed. I scheduled a time about a week later and an arborist stopped by to examine the tree. I was expecting to receive a quote a couple weeks later but nothing arrived so after 4 weeks I called the office to inquire. I was told that the arborist would be made aware of my call and it was mentioned that many others were waiting as well. Many additional weeks went by and I never received a quote. I called a final time to make them aware but it made no difference. A quote was never sent and a reason was never provided. So my first (and per their choice) only impression of the Arborist Enterprises is obviously very poor. I reached out to one of their competitors who provided quotes in short order and did an excellent job of taking care of my pin oak.

Had them cut some big dead limbs from our maple tree. We are very pleased with their work. Their guys definitely went above and beyond to make sure our property was left in better shape than when they got there, no mess, no damage. Its finally safe to park in the shade of the tree again!

Ben came out to look at all my trees in late Spring and he was very knowledgeable and provided great advice on the condition and care of our trees. I received the proposal for service soon after his visit. The services offered were reasonably priced. They are quite busy and the service was completed in November. Once the job was scheduled, communication was great. The technicians, Carl and Eric, were also knowledgeable, experienced and did a good job. Both were friendly, explained what they were going to do and completed the services in a professional manner. Based on my experience I would recommend them for tree care.

We used Arborist Enterprises to trim our trees and clear out overgrown bushes. Professional company from their people to their well maintained equipment. Our choice for keeping our property well maintained.

I reached out when I had a tree that was sick! They were able to diagnose the problem and help immensely with saving one of my favorite older and larger trees in my backyard! Simple treatments have really made a difference with my poor tree's health! Love that I was able to save my tree and that the arborist working with us was helpful in explaining our tree's condition and how to help! Truly a great team to work with!
