Eric with Arbor-Tech Consulting has been helping us save a mature Elm Tree that suffered root disruption as the result of demolition/construction. At his initial visit he offered detailed suggestions for care and treatments to help the tree regenerate. He also quickly diagnosed, and treated, the tree for lace bugs. Eric was generous with his time and explanations to make sure that we understood the challenges, and provided realistic commentary on the trees prognosis. It's been about 9 months since first and Eric has checked on the tree every few months to make sure developing as would like/expect. Eric treated my very ill fruit trees in the late winter of 2017. At the time, my grapefruit tree, satsuma tree, lemon tree and key lime tree were in such bad shape that Eric was afraid they needed to be replaced. Severe attacks from leaf miners, herbicide poisoning by my lawn treatment company, and fungal issues. I was very attached to the trees, and had finally been getting good yields from the trees, so I was reluctant to replace them and start over. He suggested a treatment protocol, but was unsure whether the trees could be saved. A year later, all of the trees are back to good health. We're going to do another round of treatments to clear up some remaining minor issues, but I couldn't be happier concerning the health of all of the trees.

I had been searching for someone to provide some expertise regarding my stressed Pecan Trees. I contacted Eric and we agreed on a time to meet at my residence. He was prompt, arrived exactly at the time we had agreed upon. Eric examined my trees and provided a detailed diagnoses and treatment plan at a very fair price. Absolutely outstanding customer service from Mr. Putnam, as well as Heather in the office. I was concerned for our newly planted tree after the leaves started to turn brown in places and within an hour of my call, Mr. Putnam was at my door! He spent a considerable amount of time with me discussing tips and general tree care, he even watered it for me so I could see just how much it needed. Thankfully, my tree got a clean bill of health but should I ever need any kind of lawn/garden service in the future, Arbor-Tech will be the first place I call!
